Whistleblowing to prevent fraud

The seminar that takes place during the period of ACFE’s FRAUD AWARENESS WEEK 2022 (https://www.fraudweek.com/events) aims to promote the culture of fraud prevention and more specifically to raise awareness of the importance of WHISTLEBLOWING systems. After an introduction to corporate compliance and the importance of adequate corporate structures, it will be worth analyzing the whistleblowing in the Italian experience, both in the private and public sector, also providing some practical cases.
