Content of the course. The course provides students with the foundations of microeconomic analysis. In particular, the course covers the three main areas of the theory of individual decision making: 1) Theory of consumer’s behavior 2) Theory of production 3) Choice under uncertainty
The course is organized in two parts:
Part I: 20 hours for all students (Economics and Management), covering at a good advanced level the theory of consumer behavior and the theory of production. Students will be also introduced to the essential elements of the theory of choice under uncertainty.
