Francesca Bazzani is adjunct professor since 2022 and Research assistant on R.I.D.E. project since february 2023.  

Master's degree in Marketing and Corporate Communication at University of Verona, she has been working for 20years in several businesses and industries. 

She had worked for 10 years as Marketing Manager, Norms and Standard Manager for the Italian affiliate of an international group, before change her life and move to Independent advisory. 

Since 2019 she has been working as professional advisor in CambiamentoInclusivo© in Hospitality, Ho.re.ca and Food&Beverage  industiries. Beside advisory, she has been working as lecturer for universities and companies in Marketing, Management and Inclusive culture subjects.

→ Inclusive and sustainable culture: by CambiamentoInclusivo© approach, her mind is to create and share a business and company diversity and inclusion culture, without any differences based on culture, food diet, gender, religion or other features.
