Paths of business innovation

The research group aims to investigate the phenomenon of business innovation in its many manifestations in order to better understand the nature and complexity of the managerial and organizational challenges faced by companies wishing to compete in terms of innovation. For this purpose, the research directions are the following: to identify the territorial approaches to innovation (with specific reference to the reality of the province of Vicenza) through the analysis of best practices and the search for shared traits;

  • to study the dimensions of social innovation: identify models of circular and environmental innovation and frugal innovation and their connections; apply grassroots and inclusive innovation models to companies operating in the western context;
  • to analyze strengths and weaknesses of technology transfer processes towards small businesses;
  • to investigate forms of innovation that invest the business model.
