The Department of Management is made up of more than 50 professors and researchers belonging to the following scientific disciplinary sectors:

The Department also comprises visiting professors, research scholarship holders, PhD students, contract teachers, tutors, administrative staff and non permanent members.
Mission
The Department of Management is a centre of research and a specialist training in the array of topics that make up the vast field of Business Administration. It carries out studies to gain both theoretical and managerial knowledge and insights; it also offers students programmes and courses that provide them with the right transferable technical and cultural skills to become professional men and women; finally, it plays an active role in the social and economic life of all its stakeholders.
Vision
The Department of Management aims to increase its impact on both national and international scientific communities and to be considered a key-interlocutor on management-related topics by companies, policy makers and society at large as for both profit and non-profit organizations as well as their impact on the surrounding community.
