Alessia Zoppelletto ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca presso l’Università di Trento (PhD Program SUSTEEMS: Sustainability: Economics, Environment, Management and Society). Ha svolto il visiting presso il Dipartimento di Organisation and Learning (Universität Innsbruck). Ha ricoperto il ruolo di cultore della materia in Organizzazione Aziendale presso l’Università degli Studi di Verona, Dipartimento di Management. Collabora attivamente con l’Osservatorio 4.0 del competence center SMACT sui temi legati alla trasformazione digitale delle imprese.
Ha pubblicazioni su riviste scientifiche internazionali e ha presentato i suoi lavori a conferenze nazionali ed internazionali.
La sua attività di ricerca è orientata ad approfondire gli impatti della trasformazione digitale sulle organizzazioni, con particolare attenzione riguardo le transizioni sostenibili, sia a livello organizzativo che inter-organizzativo.

Research groups

Digital Transformation and organizational impacts
The International Research Group, with the participation of members from the University of Verona, Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, Université Catholique de Lille, and Lund University, aims to study the organizational consequences of Digital Transformation. In particular, it focuses on changes in work organization, strategic-managerial orientations, and companies' sustainability. Digital Transformation is not just a simple business process of investing in information systems, but it also concerns the ability of companies to implement its use by modifying their processes and organizational structures and also promoting a process of human capital development capable of managing the challenge that it brings.
Enterprise 4.0 and digital transformation for micro, small and medium businesses in Verona
The research group acts in synergy with Punto Impresa Digitale of the Chamber of Commerce to provide answers to the digital development needs of 100 Verona’s firms and is linked to the analogous research group at the Department of Computer Science.
