The course aims to provide the theoretical basis and the technical culture necessary to understand the objectives and the functioning of the strategic business planning models of the organizations, enlightening the logical linkage with the process of corporate strategy formulation; these general considerations will be applied to the context of small and medium enterprises (SME).
