Research Centre on Mobbing and Organizational Wellbeing conducts research and intervention on prevention of organizational dysfunction and quality of working life.
Objectives:
- Promoting a culture of organizational well-being as a form of social wealth and a tool of corporate sustainability providing a real contribution to definitions and implementations of business strategies, generating benefit and ensuring a competitive advantage as a way for outstanding performances.
- Assessing the organizational context with particular reference to issues related to stress, burnout, bullying at work, and overall to organizational diseases with consulting and training targeted at companies and authorities.
- Preventing the negative effects of a relational disorders that arise in workplace context and have effects on the balance of the company, organizing, researching and creating pathway on behalf of companies, agencies and associations to help reduce costs management connected with them
