The Department of Management (DOM), in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the University of Verona 2026–2028, has prepared an Operational Program for the Department's strategic development. This Program, so-called POD (Piano Operativo di Dipartimento), defines strategic objectives, lines of intervention, actions, and indicators to be pursued over the next three-year period (2026–2028) by the Department of Management, in each of the four core areas (teaching, research, knowledge development, internationalization), as well as in the transversal area (student community, organizational well-being, university identity, simplification for the university community, transition to digital intelligence).
