Course not running
Since its conception, the course was borne out of a collaborative effort between the University of Verona and Lidl Italia, a leading retail company in the discount store sector, and this present 2012/2013 course is the fourth one to be held. The course aims to be a route to a very practical approach to the world of modern commercial retail and its main subject is the fundamental aspects of the retail business. More specifically, the training objectives can be outlined as follows:
• provide the participants with specific knowledge regarding to the services and in particular to commercial services;
• allow participants to familiarise themselves with the details needed to manage a retail store within a modern commercial retail network ;
• develop the ability to read the market as well as to become more attentive and sensitive towards both the customer and shop personnel.
