Every company must attain qualitative and quantitative objectives to move forward into the future. Sales targets are one of the most important goals to be reached, especially given the current economic climate. This advanced course prepares participants to fulfil a key position within the company – the role of a manager who guides the employees within the structure (the department head) and the sales network (the area head). The course aims to provide training for commercial middle managers, managerial positions mediating between general and commercial management, and operational roles in commerce (e.g. sales, customer care and after sales support). Specifically, participants will be equipped with technical and managerial skills for management and leadership.
