Silvia Blasi is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration at the University of Verona since December 1st, 2021. Previously, she was a research fellow at the University of Padua (from 2018 to 2020) and at the University of Milan (from 2020 to 2021). She received her PhD in Economics & Management from the University of Padua in 2018 with a thesis entitled "Social issues applied to energy sector: from corporate social responsibility to collective switching ". In 2012 she obtained her Master degree at the University of Milan-Bicocca in Milan. In 2017 she was a visiting fellow at Cardiff University at the Department of Economics and Management.  

She is a reviewer for several international scientific journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Knowledge Management, Administration and Society. 

Her main research interests focus on: 

  • Sustainable Innovation,
  • social entrepreneurship and B Corps,
  • circular economy,
  • corporate social responsibility.

Her works have been accepted and published in journals such as Ecological Economics, Journal of Cleaner Production, Industry and Innovations, Business Strategy and the Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management. 

Since March 2022 she is a member of the technical and scientific committee for the design, development and drafting of the sustainability report of the University.
