Il gruppo di ricerca focalizza le proprie attenzioni sullo studio delle determinanti esogene ed endogene dell’efficienza nelle public utilities ed in particolare nelle water utilities; sull’analisi della organizzazione del servizio idrico e dei sistemi tariffari nei differenti paesi europei; sulle attività di community engagement nella gestione e implementazione di innovazioni nelle public utilities.
