Corporate Governance and Corporate Sustainability

This research group aims to explore the relationship between Corporate Governance and Corporate Sustainability. By examining how governance structures influence sustainability practices, the group seeks to understand the role of leadership, board composition, and corporate policies in promoting long-term environmental, social, and economic outcomes. Furthermore, the research investigates how sustainability, in turn, enhances corporate governance by promoting greater transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement. The group aims to identify best practices that align corporate governance with sustainable business strategies, fostering long-term value creation and improved risk management.
