Over fifteen years of experience in the sports business, within leading academic institutions, NOC, football leagues, football club and governance environment.
Experience in project management and strategic development.
Areas of expertise: Good Governance, Organizational Compliance, Organizational Culture, Sport Management, Educational Sciences.

The experience in the United Arab Emirates Football League has revealed to me how amazing it is to work with people from different cultures, withe a unique passion and shared vision. Cross-cultural aspects in Football Governance have become more and more interesting to me and were object of my Ph.D. thesis: " Strategic review on Compliance Governance of the GCC Countries; parallelism's hypothesis with the Football World". The thesis allowed me to report on compliance at the organizational level.
Here some themes investigated: Culture as compliance instrument; The Gulf Cooperation Council and Corporate Governance in the GCC Countries.
