The research aims to empirically test the theoretical models concerning the gender differences in managerial style employing data derived from managerial competence assessments with PerformanSe's scientifically validated tools. The objective is to examine the impact of gender stereotypes and the influence of culture across different countries by comparing data collected from female and male managers in France, Italy, Spain, and Morocco. The project partner is PerformanSe SAS, Nantes, France.
